Our website has an online booking system, in order to facilitate and make the relationship with the user \/ client straightforward.
The booking will be in the process of confirmation, being in effect after payment, by the user, of the amount stated on the website (25% of global amount) corresponding to the length of stay. The remaining amount of reservation must be paid by bank transfer up to 15 days before the arrival. All of these steps will be specified and confirmed to our customer via email notifications.
Changes to confirmed bookings always need to be checked by management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We offer the user the following payment methods via Stripe:
\u2022 Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard);
\u2022 Bank Transfers: in the case of international transfers or currency conversions, transfers with shared expenses
and \/ or at the expense of the recipient will not be accepted; transfers must always be made at the expense of
the transferor.
All values already include VAT at the legal rate in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The cancellation of confirmed bookings does not involve the right to a refund, regardless of the advance or
reason for which the respective cancellation is made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The “check-in” must be carried out from 4pm; at this time, all occupants of the accommodation, including
children, must have a valid personal identification document in their possession.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The “check-out” must be made until 11am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These hours can be readjusted if the client needs it, upon confirmation of availability by the management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The accommodation has a capacity of 13 guests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We have available to the guest divans and cots that can be added to the stay, under price and availability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Smoking is only allowed in the outer spaces of the accommodation, and non-compliance with this rule is
subject to a fine imposed under the legal terms in force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pets are welcome at our accommodation for an additional fee of \u20ac 50 per pet, per stay, with the payment of this
supplementary fee to be mande in cash upon check-in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Owners are asked to bring with them the materials suitable for the well-being of the animal, namely bedding
and food containers. The use of material and furniture in the house for this function is not allowed. The owner
will also be responsible for any damage caused by the animal in the accommodation facilities and outsid
spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For minimum stays of 14 nights, sanitation and cleaning of the facilities is included in the middle of the stay
(day and time defined at the time of check-in, subject to availability), as well as replacement of bed linen and
personal hygiene towels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For additional cleaning, the guest can request this service, subject to a cost and subject to availability
confirmation with management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The guest is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided at the time of booking (number of adult
guests, children, babies, and if there will be any pets staying at the accommodation ), committing to comply
with the specific accommodation conditions agreed upon when making the booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It is also the guest’s responsibility to be accountable for any damages caused to the establishment, equipment
and furniture during the period of their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Verdes Lirios Villas is not responsible for any incident by third parties, as well as any loss or damage to personal
objects or expenses of any nature occurring during the stay on the premises, whether directly or indirectly
related to it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In accordance with Law No. 144\/2015, we inform that, in the event of a dispute, the competent forum to which
